No. An account is helpful for faster checkout and viewing your order history, but it is not required.

Regularly. Where available, use the “back in stock” option on the product page or email us with the item and your preferred size/color.

Always follow the care label. Wash inside out at a low temperature, use a mild detergent, do not tumble dry, and iron on a low setting (avoid prints/patches).

Shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Processing: 1–2 business days (no processing on weekends or public holidays).

Delivery time after processing: 6–11 business days.

Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 7–13 business days.

Please note: international shipments may occasionally be delayed due to high demand or customs checks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. Haven’t received anything? Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact us at info@the-quietclub.com

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order gets damaged during transport. If this happens, please contact our customer service immediately. You can reach us via email at info@the-quietclub.com and include photos of the issue. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days to return your items from the day of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and complete, in the original packaging with all labels/tags.

To start a return, email your order number to info@the-quietclub.com . You will receive the return instructions and the correct return address by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item).

Yes, as long as they meet our return policy and are registered within 30 days.

Within 7 business days after we have received and inspected your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a bit longer for the amount to appear in your account.

Via the same payment method you used at checkout. Any outbound shipping costs based on the standard rate will be reimbursed in accordance with EU regulations; if shipping was free, this amount is zero.
