At The Quiet Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you can easily return your order in accordance with the policy below.

Return Conditions
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Be in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.

Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Discounted or sale items
Personalized or custom-made products
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Request a Return

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions by email.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Our international warehouse is located in China. Returns can only be accepted at this address.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing typically takes up to 7 business days (Mon - Fri), depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you may return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via info@the-quietclub.com and include clear photos along with your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
