1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Bancontact
  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay
  • Gift cards / store credit: available on selected products or promotions

All payments are processed through secure external payment providers.

2. Payment Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (EUR).
If you are paying from outside the Netherlands, your bank may charge additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions. Please contact your bank or payment provider for this.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.
We do not store full credit card or payment details on our servers.
After successful payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
If a payment is not approved or fails, the order will not be processed.

4. Taxes and VAT

All displayed prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands, import duties or local taxes may apply. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

7. Gift Cards and Store Credit

If applicable, gift cards or store credits can be redeemed during checkout.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and expire on the date indicated on the card.

8. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund (see our Return and Refund Policy), the amount will be credited back via the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank.
