Thank you for your purchase from The Quiet Club. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of your order. We strive for full transparency so you can order with confidence.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 22:00 (GMT +1) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
After processing, your order will be handed over to the shipping partner for delivery.
Estimated shipping times:
- Netherlands & Belgium: average 6-11 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs, or unforeseen delays.
3. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Netherlands & Belgium: average 7–13 business days
4. Shipping Days
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday).
We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
If your order is placed before 22:00 (GMT +1) it will be processed the same day.
Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
6. Shipping Costs
Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
7. Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your order via our Track Your Order page.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the Netherlands and Belgium may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. The Quiet Club is not responsible for delays due to customs.
