Orders
First, check your spam folder. Still haven't received anything? There may be a typo in your email address. Email your order number and name to info@the-quietclub.com, and we'll assist you immediately.
iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay
No. An account is useful for faster checkout and viewing your order history, but it is not required.
Regularly. Where available, use the "back in stock" notification on the product page or email us with the item and desired size/color.
We only support orders placed through our official webshop the-quietclub.com
Always follow the care label. Wash inside out on a low temperature, use a mild detergent, not suitable for tumble drying, and iron on a low setting (do not iron over prints/patches).
Shipping
Shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Processing: 1–2 business days (no processing on weekends/holidays).
Delivery time after processing: 6–11 business days.
Total average delivery time (processing + shipping): 7–13 business days.
Please note: international shipments may occasionally be delayed due to high volume or customs checks.
When will I receive my Track & Trace?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. Haven't received anything? Check your spam folder. Still not there? Please contact us at info@the-quietclub.com
Unfortunately, your order may get damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact our customer service immediately. You can do so by emailing info@the-quietclub.com. We ask you to include photos of the defect. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you will receive a new one free of charge.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days to change your mind, starting from the day of receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and complete, in their original packaging with labels/tags.
To register your return: email your order number to info@the-quietclub.com. You will receive return instructions and the correct return address by email.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of our error (defective/damaged/wrong item delivered).
Yes, provided they meet our return policy and are registered within 30 days.
Within 7 working days after we have received and checked your return. Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take a little longer for the amount to be visible.
Via the same payment method you used at checkout. Any return shipping costs at the standard rate will be reimbursed in accordance with EU regulations; for free shipping, this amount will be nil.
