Return & Refund Policy

At The Quiet Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can easily return your order according to the policy below.
1. Return Conditions
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In its original packaging, including tags and accessories

Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.
2. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Discounted or sale items

Personalized or custom-made products

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
3. Restocking fee
No restocking fee will be charged, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
4. Return shipping costs
The return shipment is at the customer's own expense, unless it concerns a damaged or incorrectly delivered product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. How to request a return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions by email.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Our international warehouse is located in China. We can only accept returns at this address.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive confirmation of approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 7 business days (Mon - Fri), depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you can return the original item and place a new order.
8. Damaged or incorrect items
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@the-quietclub.com and include clear photos and your order number.
We will then arrange a replacement or refund free of charge.
